SOFT WASH TECHNICIAN for Squeegee Clean Inc.
Location: Report to Headquarters at 1029 Lykes Lane Irmo, SC 29063 to Drive Company Truck
Status: Full Time (30-40 Hours Weekly)
Days Worked: Monday -Friday (Occasional Saturdays or Sundays as Needed)
Hours Worked: Typically Between 7:00am and 4:00pm
Reports To: Service Manager, Office Staff
Benefits After 90 Days: Paid Time Off Accrual, Paid Holidays

Compensation: $15-$18 Hourly
Stipends: Cell Phone Stipend
General Summary
Seeking a motivated, goal-driven team member to work with a team to effectively execute scheduled jobs on days assigned to clean the exteriors of commercial buildings and residential homes using soft washing, pressure washing and window cleaning methods.

Primary Responsibilities
- Drive company truck to and from jobs on a daily basis.
- Work scope is typically based in Columbia, SC and extends out within 20-50 miles cleaning homes and businesses.
- Assist the Softwash Lead as instructed or needed to complete all jobs assigned for the day.
- Use special equipment such as ladders, lifts, safety equipment, surface cleaners, pressure washers, and window cleaning equipment.
- Help mix and use specially formulated solutions and identify which solutions and processes to use for each application.
- Works with team members to clean exteriors of buildings, homes, roofs, sidewalks, curbing, driveways, awnings, gutters, windows and more.
- Take interest in learning, be proactive to take initiative to complete tasks without being asked repetitively.
- Be dependable, on time, prepared and ready to give your best work daily.
- Use company software to complete jobs, email invoices, take payments and communicate with customers.
- Use company software to log mileage, log hours worked, and communicate with team members.
- Must be able to effectively work within a team and embrace our mission.
Education and Qualifications
- No experience required, we will train.
- Must be eighteen years old for year-round employment.
- Must be at least seventeen with parental permission for summer only positions.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have a Clean Driving Record, Clean Background Report, and Clean Drug Screening.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must be in good physical condition because this is a very physically active job.
- Must be able to climb ladders, work from lifts, stand for extended periods of time and safely lift heavy equipment.
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time.
- Must be aware of weather conditions on a day-to-day basis and be flexible to adjust work schedule, as necessary.
- Must be comfortable being outdoors all day in various weather conditions including rain, cold, and heat.
