FULL TIME WINDOW CLEANER for Squeegee Clean Inc.
Location: 1029 Lykes Lane Irmo, SC 29063
Status: Full Time (30-40 Hours Weekly)
Days Worked: Monday -Friday (Occasional Saturday or Sunday as Needed)
Hours Worked: Typically Between 7:00am and 4:00pm
Reports To: Service Manager, Office Staff
Compensation: $15-$18 Hourly
Benefits After 90 Days: Paid Time Off Accrual, Paid Holidays

General Summary
Works solo to complete established commercial window cleaning jobs at varying frequencies and works solo or with team members to complete residential jobs and medium to large-scale commercial jobs.

Primary Responsibilities and Skills
- Wash and dry glass surfaces, clean screens, frames and window sills interior & exterior of commercial buildings and residential homes.
- Work scope is typically based in Columbia, SC and extends out within 20-50 miles cleaning homes and businesses.
- Use special equipment, such as applicators, squeegees, waterfed pole systems, scrapers, safety equipment, ladders, and lifts.
- Use your own vehicle to complete all jobs. ( All uniforms, supplies and equipment will be provided by the company but you will be using your own vehicle and receiving a vehicle usage stipend).
- Be dependable, consistent, on time, and prepared daily to get all jobs completed the day they are assigned.
- Use company software to complete jobs, email invoices, take payments and communicate with customers.
- Use company software to log mileage, log hours worked, and communicate with team members.
- Must be able to effectively work within a team and embrace our company mission statement.
Education and Qualifications
- No experience required, we will train.
- Must be eighteen years old for year-round employment.
- Must be at least seventeen with parental permission for summer only positions.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have a Clean Driving Record, Clean Background Report, and Clean Drug Screening.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must be in good physical condition because this is a very physically active job, a lot of upper body and lower body motions required.
- Must be able to climb ladders, work from lifts stand for extended periods of time and safely lift heavy equipment.
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time.
- Must be aware of weather conditions on a day-to-day basis and be flexible to adjust work schedule, as necessary.
- Must be comfortable being outdoors all day in various weather conditions including rain, cold, and heat.
